Our founders Jim Finke and Greg Trial are on a mission to reduce the number of invasive Carp from the Missouri River and its tributaries. Thru innovation and determination Missouri Coast Fisheries has developed processes and procedures to catch, process and utilize the invasive species into useful, sustainable and profitable products. From fillets to fertilizer, we utilize 100 percent of the fish, nothing goes to waste! Ten percent of all sales go back to conservation it is a truly green product with as low as a carbon footprint as you can get. Our Founders Greg Trial and Jim Finke are visionaries and problem solvers. Early on the two men saw a problem and began brainstorming a solution.
